Purpose​

When enabled, Enterprise warms FHIR profile snapshot and ValueSet expansion caches in the background during startup.

Notes​

  • Enabling this improves readiness for workloads that immediately need terminology and snapshot-heavy operations.
  • Startup may do more background work and may benefit from persistent cache storage.
